And yet it is inarguable that it would improve the team already there. No doubt at all.

It's arguable that you were having yet another dig at United

Sidwell and Barry wouldn't. Arguably terry and lescott are both dubious.
How would you read it as a dig?
Barry, Cambiasso, Sidwell, Lescott, Terry, Ince. Which of those players wouldn't improve your first team squad today?
I was also serious about House Party. I don't rate him, he's not a target man, and he's not going to score enough goals, but he is a good enough outlet for when you need him. He can hang on to the ball and will run the channels all day long.
You don't think Sidwell is better than Cleverly or Fletcher? You don't think Barry is better than Carrick or Fellaini?
Terry was a bit of as joke, as I don't think he'd move there, but Lescott would bring experience and ability, with Vidic gone and Evans and Smalling still developing, and Rio a crock, he'd be a stop-gap for a time at least.
The point is, you don't need to go out and spend hundreds of millions to improve. With the Hata money alone you could have improved the squad massively.
Do you think I'm not serious? Do you disagree? I'm not even sure what you're doing.
Sidwell is ****, that's why he's at Fulham and previously Villa, Barry had a good first half of the season but isn't good enough to get in Cities squad. Now onto Lescott who again isn't good enough to get in their squad even though they have Demichelis.
Now enough indulgence of your winding up
