You can try to round on me all you want. Truth is that I stated boldly at the start of the season that Moyes would be a disaster, you know, because I know something about football...

Turned out that a lot of people who thought they had a clue.

The main problem with gareth barry (apart from being only an above average player) is that he's slow. Looking at the UTD midfield situation, its pretty obvious that replacing players like Carrick, Fletcher, Fellaini with more slow players isn't going to help us. We need ball carriers and fetchers. Instead we have Darren fletcher and michael sideways pass carrick. Neither of which would get into the top 4's midfield and would be sent out on loan, ala Barry due to being useless as anything other than filler.

Tell us more about how **** David De Gea is and how we should have signed Stekelnberg.

Improving the squad by buying mediocre PL players is not the right direction for the club to be going in, unless you've missed the news, Moyes has been sacked :)

To bring in the players I've mentioned would only cost you the dross that you would ship out. Then you can spend on your elite players and you see even more improvement, that's when the new manager earns his crust.
 
Apparently Palace want Matt Smith and Rossco in the next transfer window. Apparently they think £5.5m would be enough for both! 29 goals so far just for McCormack alone and we turned down £4m for him when we didn't have an owner!
 
As everyone guessed Barca's transfer ban has been temporarily lifted for the time beimg..now we just have to wait for it to be swept under the carpet completely lol

Disagraceful really. FIFA just remind me of the EU in so many ways - corrupt, toothless, and a complete waste of money.

God forbid they should do the right thing for once.

It's certainly an odd one. Perhaps Martinez sees something in him the rest of us have missed. You'd have to trust he knows what he's doing, but £8m off Kenwright wouldn't leave much more for other moves and they still need a Lukaku replacement.
 
I'm not shocked, they offered real money for Darren Gibson not so long ago.

I guess given that we offloaded him and potentially Cleverley to them, the Fellaini deal is just payback.
 
Whilst most of the Everton squad would improve Man Utd, the only player I'd take from them is Baines.
