Managed 114miles on the bike followed by a 6mile run yesterday, felt surprisingly really good4wks to go and slowly feeling almost ready.
It's getting progressively slower, and hurting more.
Hmm, ok. Maybe a towel to dry my hair?
I'm sure you'll be fine day of the event mate, just stick to what you have been practicing and your plan. Most of all enjoy it!

It is a lot of exercise, especially Ironman training. An awful lot.
It takes an awful lot of your time up, long bike rides, trips to the lake for swimming etc.
That is a side benefit, I'm in great shape
