I don't see why you can't put a ban on it, what is physically stopping us other than you thinking it might not be appropriate? Like I said you'd have to even get proof with a private detective or gather your own proof but regardless all it would mean is that people would have to break up before going off with someone else. It's hardly impossible to investigate but I agree in many cases it would be very difficult.Yes, it can be devastating but there are many many reasons why people cheat. You can't just put a blanket ban on. And, who would police it? Whilst cheating ought to be brought up in divorce hearings and that should (in some scenarios) have a slight bearing on the outcome, there is no reason at all it should be a criminal offence. For a start, it would be almost impossible to police and investigate it.
It's just an absurd suggestion, something you'd expect to hear uttered by the Daily Mail. But in your credit, you did say it was a bit of a stupid suggestion.
Lol yes I acknowledged it was stupid. I was just saying I think it'd be an idea as I don't see why, if it was possible to prove it, then it should be ignored as it can cause distress, money problems etc. I think your taking it too serious to suggest it's a daily mail idea though.
