If you remove the rear seats of an FN2, does it become a track weapon or does it go into 'limp mode'?

Lower centre of gravity, basically adds 30-40hp.

I've got the rear seats out of mine. Took them out for a track day and couldn't be bothered to put them back. No limp mode here!

To be fair I can see where he was coming from. If I rang my garage and said the car has gone limp I know the first thing they'd ask is if I've taken the seats out.
They do have a semi limp mode as well but that required a race manifold and remap.

EP3 PF slightly notchy gearbox even when warm. Gearbox oil already changed by last owner (although not sure what with). Clutch bleed?
