Type R and VTEC owners

I got mine from them 2 years ago. Look a little blacker now than they did, but no seizing yet (touch wood)

Check the rubber boots on the rears to see if they've split, can be quite common. Big Red Racing sell them on their own for a few quid.

So, i still have not bought a s2000 yet, but i still want one, im going to look at these 3 examples over the weekend, what do you guys think?

Im tempted by the light blue one the most as it is the cheapest but the milage is putting me off at 97k, its going to be well over 100k when i sell it, and will it likely cost me more to maintain due to the miles then the one at 62kmiles?

also the added bonus i guess is the red one with 62kmiles on it is a 55 plate, so will benefit from lower tax bracket, but it is obviously nearly 1.5k more.

Why do people still buy DS2500? They're pretty average now, and if you push them then they will leave deposits over the discs which are a nightmare to get off. There's far better around now.

I think they are all over priced.

Go look at this one, it's what I would have gone for had I not seen my blue one:

Keep the Seibon bonnet, or have him put the original back on, up to you, he offers the choices in his ad.

I spoke to him, nice genuine bloke, he's had the car for 5 years I think, Honda history.

Trouble is, im wanting to part ex my car so i cant really go private without selling my car private first, which is going to take time.

They are good for road use to be fair. I have had them fade a bit on spirited B road stuff (they are near end of life though as I only put them on as the EBCs died

My oem Honda pads are decent enough to be fair, not much in the way of feel and need a good old hard commited press to really work but haven't really given me any reason to want to change them as they've still got plenty meat left.

For the fn2 at least they just so happen to cost (retail at least) nearly as much as a better pad which is the only reason I'll change them really
