Type R and VTEC owners

Just back from Spa and the 'ring in my FD2, for having standard suspension still it's an incredible machine out of the box. So planted and fast through the corners. Very happy with my decision to get one.
 
And i finished rpc stage 1 clutch last weekend :/ got exedy stage 1 on the way now.

I was hoping it will last longer than 15k but i guess tracking and my style of driving needs more than 20% upgrade over standard. Exedy says theirs is 40% stronger than stock.

Standard did not lasted long in my eg6 and ITR :D I like a good clutch kick half clutch ect :p
Not to mention im on second gearbox :P

So far ACT was fantastic for everything but traffic but that was 480hp rated beast. Could shot lunch that at any rpm and no slip burn ect :D

Was great till one sunday evening with crash on m1 after 1.5 hour i had to start using my right leg to press clutch. By hour 4 i hated my car and my life and said to myself never again i'm getting that sort of clutch if i dont really need it. Rather replace clutch every 15-20k :D
 
Got another EP2, 55k miles 1 owner with fsh. :cool: There was a nice cosmic grey EP3 with 72k miles on the clock with FSH too, but couldn't find an insurance company that would insure me. This is £1500 without blackbox, don't think its too bad considering I'm 20 with 0 NCB on car. My last EP2 04 Silver cost me £1000 with blackbox.

I was looking at getting a Type R but went with a GTi, kind of glad I didn't because it turns out that the bloke on my team in my new job also owns a Type R, a supercharged special edition pushing 600bhp :0 I'd always have felt ashamed compared to that :D

400 pounds later i can say..... Every drive is a LEG DAY now feels like ACT i had on EG6 .
I hope I wont get stuck in traffic for longer than 1 hour or gemme a gun :D

OFC will get softer after a while hehe

Would love to see footage if you recorded any, FD2 along with the Euro R are probably my favourite Honda's.

More like last good loooking hondas excluding new nsx and new type r that i like....


Aaaa and id love to buy s660 but stupid honda not selling in uk. Would be perfect for someone like mehaha
