Nice counter there until the ball got to Milner and he promptly stopped, turned around and passed it back 30 yards.

We're set up as a countering team but with a slow fool on right wing :/

He's in the side to cover for Johnson's defensive frailties. A midfielder to cover for a defender who's worst aspect of his game is defending is never a good recipe

Most noticeable thing is how inaccurate a lot of england's longer distance passes are. If they could keep possession they wouldn't let ukraine keep taking advantage.
I should be england manager with that sort of wisdom
