I don't know why Russia keeps threatening us with nukes. We'll destroy him if he tries it.

I think this next decade is going to all be about nuclear power and weapons. I think some of the European countries need their own nukes too.

I think most of the focus at the moment is building towards 9th/10th May.

To be fair can be tricky sometimes to quickly skim through to see if someone has posted something with the embedded media, especially Twitter, which doesn't always load in immediately.

I'm also getting people quoting me a lot on posts I didn't make, or quoting other people as saying posts I did make :s not entirely sure what is happening there.

Iran vs pretty much any religious sect different to the ruling party would be concerned. UAE and Saudi would be concerned as too would Egypt and Israel. It's a good way to destabilise the oil producing regions that are competitors to Russian oil. Only thing is China is a big purchaser of oil from Iran: exports-by-country
Although UAE purchase $5Bn from Iran, there's always been a standoff between the two countries.

Would be quite amusing if they blow up his Crimea bridge just before the 9th... :D

Bonus points if they've retaken Kherson by then and have control of the canal/Crimea water supply again.

IMO attempts by Russia to sow division/friction within Europe/NATO and those close to them, to try and set them at each other, and possibly attempts to influence governments within those countries as well.

It is why we need to take a far more unified approach on this and try to mobilise at a greater level to offset issues pertinent to one country when it comes to sanctions against Russia, etc. even if in some cases they've brought it on themselves like Germany and gas. Otherwise in the long grind of attrition Russia will be able to hold out.
