all over greek media there are rumours Putin will declare war on the 9th, i thought they are at war already? am i missing something?

They are not at war, Ukrainian nazi regime (backed by nato) is at war from 2014 with the russian people living in east Ukraine, and what has changed in February is that Russia steps in with a special military operation to resolve the situation.

The West needs to be rallying around to sort these situations because we are opposed to Russia, we are essentially at war with Russia even though we aren't directly in armed conflict and the situation looks like deepening and broadening a long way before it is finished.

No one is arguing otherwise but its going to take time to free ourselves of Russian energy. Just cutting it off now would be a disaster and help no one including Ukraine.

Interesting bunch of aircraft and helis have headed around the area where the ship supposedly was hit/sunk including RAF Rivet Joint and Turkish maritime patrol aircraft. As there doesn't seem to be much loitering I'm guessing not much to it.

EDIT: P8 Poseidon heading that way as well now so maybe something is of interest out there.

Also US Army aircraft diverted from flights to Poland down to the region interesting.
