Apparently satellite images show a few of them loading up and getting ready to fly.
They are high altitude so could they be out of range? They carpet bomb large areas similar to the B29.

They do not. These bombers don't get close enough, they fly towards the border then fire the cruise missile or just cross over and then fire. The planes never get in range of air defences because the front line is too far from the border. Ukraine would need a way to track these planes and launches missiles at them from 300/400km away and they don't have any system that does that. I belive the best they have is the S300 and it only has a 150km range and these planes don't get anywhere near close enough because their cruise missiles have a very long range. Russia isn't using these planes to carpet bomb, they only launch long range cruise missiles from them

Western estimates on Russias losses have been quite accurate so I will assume their estimates on Ukraine are also in the right ball park and western estimates put Ukraine's losses only a bit lower than Russia

I don't know what Ukraine's losses are but I'm not sure they are as high as Russian losses - they've not deployed from the mobilised numbers to replace frontline losses at anything like the same extent. I find 10K extremely unlikely but they could be as low, relatively, as a little over 30K.
B52 you mean. The B29 was a WW2 bomber. And carpet bombing doesn’t happen anymore. It’s inaccurate and wasteful.
