what is the obsession with Poland in this thread getting involved to save the day? can someone explain it to me please?

God you people are so tiring, always trying to twist what you want. You would have made great stasi back in the day interpreting what you want.

It is quite allowed to disagree with a post without wanting someone to "win". Its reasonable to combat someone's copium with a post literally a few apart where it's saying people are actively struggling.

But I guess you are just trolling at this stage to be honest or just don't care about people dying.

Not twisting anything, it's how you and people like roar come across to me and some others here clearly.

With people like you saying we shouldn’t fund them and assist in their defense it’s no wonder why they are struggling.

They aren't struggling because of people like me though, they struggled with all the weapons and funding we sent them, it didn't matter. They are militarily incapable of retaking the captured territory. Everyone serious knows that at this stage, we're now basically in a waiting game for peace talks, no one is expecting some dramatic victory because if that were possible it would have happened last year.

It's funny how everyone gets so emotional and starts attacking posters, if you feel so strongly go over there and fight instead of virtue signalling online every day, honestly.

Oh don't worry we'll end up in the same trench eventually once Russia rearms and China makes it's move.

Says the person based in Switzerland who spends a significant amount of his life a forum s call OCUK calling British people warmongers a UK government policy on the subject pointless.
Also us wanting to keep providing Ukraine supplies so it can defend itself and push back russia from it's sovereign territory is somehow "us not caring about people dying".

Infact I often hear this from fence sitters and those who tend to propagate Russian propaganda.
The idea that if we stopped assisting Ukraine that less lives would be lost, they often Ignore that russia would just opt to roll through Ukraine without any push back from the west if this happened.

They at the least could be ignorant, at worst they know what they are suggesting and that makes it worse. We know Putin wouldn't make any real motions towards real peace... So cutting off Ukraine = forfitting untold numbers of lives... Let alone make the west look really weak.

Also the idea that the US shouldn't be involved in policing world politics, one of the main reasons the us has maintained such dominance and geopolitical power is that it has bases all over the world and is a major partner in Nato. It has reach.

Becoming an isolationist state and withdrawing nato support only serves to weaken America and it's influence.

Well the British are warmongers you've spent half your history doing it so hardly unfair. And the rest of your sentence makes no sense.

Yes, let's wait for russia to touch NATO first though and I'll be the first to champion lobbing a nuke at Moscow. I suspect though we'd be waiting a long while...

You can't really be surprised at people getting upset when you insult their intelligence with this tripe... Putin himself spent 2 hours establishing the basis for Russia taking the whole of Ukraine and claiming no one could stop him, firmly cementing that any peace talks would be merely a strategic ruse.

No its because we've been tricklng funding and supplies for a long time.

Mostly because of grifting poltictians grifting to people like yourself and other maga trollop in the US.
Withdrawing or delaying aid.

It's mostly due to trickling aid constantly rather giving what is needed when it's needed.

Anyway you don't know facts if they hit you in the face so carry on.

Point out where I have wanted people to die. Intact I'm pretty sure the majority of posts from me is lamenting the fact people have died.

My point from before still stands. At what point is a grinding stalemate just wasting peoples lives?

I talked before about escalation being undesirable, I talked about supporting Ukraine if it means winning. I talked about not using unethical weapons. And I've talked about the unethical nature of fighting wars by proxy for people that do not stand to lose.

Per a previous poster what is the route to victory for Ukraine here? What will not wipe out a few generation of men? What will not leave the land a desolate mined wasteland? What will secure their future with 100% of the land without giving what will trigger an escalated response from Putin? If there isn't then it's grinding out peoples lives for an unsatisfactory conclusion.

If its really possible for Ukraine to win and the people want to do so (I wonder how many would leave if forced conscription wasn't in place and they could actually leave without prison...) then go for it.

From my position of safety (and yours) it looks increasingly like a lot of people are dying across static battle lines with one side happy to waste both sides lives to gain 100 metres.

That all been rebuked. It’s impossible for Russia to win its now just a question of how long this war continues for.

Russia has already won, all the regions that were contested are under their sphere of influence, all Ukraine can do now is lose even more territory. There is no scenario where they regain all the lost land.

Of course there are scenarios where Ukraine win.
What a dumb thing to say, no scenarios where Ukraine can win.

Nope, Russia has expended itself too much already. They can’t hold without a break to rebuild even with the suport they still haven’t paid for. Russia need Ukraine to give up.

It has many times. Ukraine is winning.

Most of those who wanted to fight are either dead, injured or still stuck at the front waiting to be relieved by new recruits.

Ukraine is exhausted.

Which part of this is winning?

He could join Tucker, apparently Moscow is better than any US city. Clearly he didn't stay in the soviet style housing with no heating and just eating black bread with vodka.

See how safe it is when you hold up a piece of paper with any criticism of the regime on it.

He isn't wrong though, of course Moscow is nicer than most US cities. It has culture, history and architecture dating back hundreds of years. Most European cities are nicer than American cities for the same reason.

There's plenty of pieces of paper you could hold up in London that would get you arrested, try holding up something against Islam or anti-LGBT.

Maybe the chap needs to do a full tour of Russia and properly take in the culture.

You spent how long telling people the BBC isn’t trustworthy? and now desperately cling to an article about a military recruiter seeing a drop in volunteers as proof Russia isn’t taking outstanding loses and falling apart.

Your ten post memory fails you again comrade.
