Apart from missile failure, the other aspect that we won't know about is will the warhead actually go off.
Nuclear warheads require a lot of maintenance and proper storage conditions, its not something you can stick in a cupboard and pull it out 20 years later and expect it to work and a warhead that's stored in the wrong conditions could go from working to harmless in like 1 or 2 years, it can happen quite fast.
So even if these missiles were flawless, we won't know which country's have not being maintaining their warheads until the day comes to use it
