He mentioned if people interfere he will respond, i can't see him being dumb enough to start a full on war with us, America, France or Germany that being said don't we like many others get quite allot of oil and gas from Russia, could he in theory cut that off?

Exactly and Putin can do what he wants. It’s a good incentive to join NATO as those are the only countries he won’t touch, those and China.

Im just thinking of all the Ukrainians trying to flee and who are effected by this. Ukraine has a population of roughly 40m.

All I see bojo doing tonight is tighter sanctions but to putin it means nothing at all, fighting some one with politics who has no interest in that way of fighting isn't going to achieve anything

As Putin gets older he probably feels he has less to lose and is more willing to take a gamble. It’s paying off so far.
