Uncharted 4 and Lost Legacy on PC - mid-2022

I'm well impressed with the actual size of the first game, every time I think they are finally about to find the treasure it opens up another massive area and the game goes on and on with further huge areas to explore, even now I don't think I'm near the end of the game yet.

Game seems boring like an interactive movie with boring jumping puzzles, lame cover shooting and fights that are pretty much interactive cut scenes...

doesn't mater how you fight... it's just bashing someone until the cutscene plays etc

barely can be considered a game

A lot of PS exclusive games are severely over hyped, The only Playstation games I've actually enjoyed in recent years were God of War and Spiderman.

Two games that I bought on PC and found either tediousl (God of War) or bland and boring (Spiderman) - Yet somewhat enjoy the action and pacing of Uncharted as well as the Res Evil remakes on PC etc.

I played Uncharted 1 and 2 on PS3 back in the day so you have to remember these games go way back for the gameplay and mechanics, this might not resonate with people who didn't play them back then. Uncharted is not trying to be Tomb Raider with complex puzzles, nor is it Just Cause with outrageous action scenes.

My only annoyance is the endless climbing. Thankfully it's easy to just do a section every few days and come back to it and shoot baddies

I got as far as the crosses puzzle with the water bucket, got it wrong and uninstalled, looked at a guide out of curiosity and the guide said to do it how I did anyway :S

Im too old for stupid puzzles, seems like a game that you would be better off just watching someone elses playthrough on youtube and avoiding all the tedius gameplay segments your self.

the shooting is like some old school 2000s game with bullet sponge enemies, the jumping around is boring and seems always obvious where you should go anyway

if I wanted some quicktime crap adventure game I would check what telltale games have out

For my first Uncharted game I'm loving this. I'm not far in but I'm impressed with everything I'm seeing. The story, characters and voice acting are really good. Technically it's incredible and for me is running smoothly at 70 - 100+ FPS. It's a ton of fun. I really like the combat to but It's the attention to detail that surprises me the most.

They die quick if you headshot them bar the ones with helmets.

I got through Uncharted 1 on PS3 about 6 years back and it was an easy game, puzzles included.
Never played the rest, I will be buying the collection eventually.

Though I am an experienced Tomb Raider player, 1-IVThe Last Revelation and played TR reboot and ROTTR.

I kinda miss playing the older ones.

I remember playing what was probably the first ever Tomb raider game when it first came out, it was on a demo disk that you always got with PC magazines. There were Tigers roaming around and she had to climb up towards some kind of Chinese building and a helicopter flew over. The game lagged really bad when she got up to the top and some Crows attacked her, I only had a Cyrix CPU back then

EDIT: just Googled it and seemingly it was TR2 :D

I'm finding this game boring, along with plagues a tail requim, just both kind of slow and making me fall asleep, I must have ADHD or something, only game I'm into at the moment is Forza 5.
They are boring though, hardly a game just passing time simulators aka interactive movies.

it's like old school adventure games accept these hold your hand and guide you.. may as well watch someone elses playthrough on youtube...

Good idea, save my disk space and get Twitch up and watch a nice lady play it :p

Game is excellent so far, not a game for low attention span folks.
Loved the first puzzle which encorporates the zodiac into it, I knew off the bat what the Roman Numerals signify; Houses.

The game has great story telling and animations are excelently done.
On chapter 8 right now at the 4 hour mark.

dood... it's a game for lazy people who can't press more than 2 buttons at the same time....

low IQ gamers surely love these titles, as will anyone who wants gameplay from 2002

Awwww shucks, I am glad you love us low IQ's, could you expand on the reason why we are Low IQ's?

I will give you a starting pack to help though.

The essence is problem solving.
You have a problem with me pointing out low attention spans, please do understand this does not mean low intelligence.

Problem solved? ;) You are welcome.

I’m not sure there is any link between casual games and low iqs.

That said I’m not really sure how a decent attention span is required for these types of games, they are very basic in terms of gameplay and the puzzles aren’t exactly deep. I guess one might need one to sit through all the cringe dialogue and cut scenes.

Sitting there listening to a story regardless of depth or subjective opinion requires an attention span, the other user boils it down to 2 button presses and that's it, a sign of a very low attention span, since he gives a false version of the games content neatly packaged by his thin view due to low attention span.

This could also just be a lack of interest because subjectively he don't get on with it.
He however did suggest I was mocking, No I was serious and no it was not about intelligence.
