Upcoming Concerts

Got 4 tickets for the Stone Roses then ELO the following week both at Wembley Stadium in June.
I've heard the SR can be pretty poor live but that's a gamble worth taking and I saw ELO at Wembley Arena earlier this year and it was probably the best gig I've been to. If they can replicate it in the Stadium it's going to be awesome

Metallica in Copenhagen in Feb :)

Bought pricey seats (short ass girlfriend being dragged along) so will be different. I usually hate the thought of sitting at a rock concert but they are playing 'in the round' which in my experience means 'rubbish / muted crowd' anyway. At least I can go to the toilet during the inevitable 'Sad but True'....

Hoping they announce UK dates soon, So I can see them again last time was 2007 Wembley \m/.

Had the great pleasure to see "Brian Wilson Presents Pet Sounds" last night at the Royal Albert Hall:

A wonderful journey back in time and a privilege to see and hear a frail Brian Wilson with his great band! :)

Recently been to see :

New Model Army - They were good and I was pleased they played at least 2 songs I knew, since I only know the Thunder and Consolation album :p

Reef - Cracking night, the band were ok from what I can remember :p

The Levellers - Brilliant show, I'm slightly deaf in my right ear this morning...should have taken my ear plugs haha. It was the 25 Yr anniversary of Levelling the Land, which they played in full and in order. Supported by a great band called Ferocious Dog.

Coming up next weekend is Kula Shaker (nuff said) and King King - a very good up and coming rock blues band.

Sleaford Mods - Not great sound system let them down (shame on you rock city)
Goldie Looking Chain - Brilliant gig, very funny and top entertainment
Wedding Present - As awesome as always (new album rocks btw)

British sea Power this Saturday

Chas and Dave tomorrow at Kentish Town. Should be a good beery evening.

Dropkick Murphys in January at Brixton which is always fun.

Anthrax, Kiss, Iron Maiden and Guns n Roses for the rest of 2017 so far.
