1st week in May so they said when I asked for cheap upgrade from 50Mb to 100Mb.
They wanted an extra £10 I only wanted to pay an extra £5 a month.

I think BT are doing their new deals in june as well.

May I ask how much you are paying now for your 50mbit?
 
I got free night and weekend calls and 50Mb+ the normal TV for £37 a month.
I don't think 100Mb is worth the extra £10 a month with all the limits VM are doing atm i.e download over 320GIG in a month and you will get a letter :mad:

Well rang up a while ago to see what could be done about the bill, we've been with them for like 9 years now, since we moved into this house pretty much. As there's so many discounts as we have TV, phone, BB they can say well you get this discount and this etc... We wanted to get the bill down or/and upgrade the internet, we were on 10Mb/s BB and then upgraded to 50, it came at a big extra cost.

A few months later we wanted the HD channels for the TV, it would cost like £7 a month more or something, I contacted the twitter team and we changed to like a VIP package, it cost £3 a month I think and we got the HD channels and more free calls, putting our bill at like £95/96 a month, last month was £99.98 =/
In the process of contacting them both times I mentioned we had been with them for a long time and have 2 mobile phone contracts with them. They just pretty much went 'so?'

And yes, on 50

on a 50Mb package I swear it's impossible to download 4.2TB in a month :S ? Or am I really failing at my math
 
I have read a lot of threads how recently Vm have got a new Traffic managment running, my 360 keeps diconnecting from gaming servers..bvut not Live, Youtube is having trouble loading etc...is their any truth to this..seems a bit odd and others are reporting it.
 
Have to do this via my phone, now when I log in I can play battlefield bc2 for about 4 mins then my connection completly dies, as in my connection seems to reset it self and I have to wait.
