Mine really does seem to be calming down now, it was awesome last night until about 23:30 when I started to get constant packet loss although its not shown on the graph.

If it stays like this over the weekend I will be a happy chappy... still wanting to move to FFTC tho.

I'm sat on hold with India as I type. I'm getting like 0.43mb download, thats when it works. I'm sick of getting fobbed off, I'm sick of telephone costs, I'm sick of no access.... grrrrrr

Ok. Gets worse. Got lucky and spoke to a call centre not 10 miles from me. She was honest. Said too many users, they will have more capacity in feb.

BT here I come.

What did you do to get credited? Guessing it was ringing retentions?

I logged a complaint via the webform on the VM website then the complaints team rang me back.

Mine has been usable for the last week but today it's terrible again :(

Wierd how it dropped, my girlfriend has been on virgin since before i started going out with her (nearly 5 years ago) and she always gets consistent speeds and it never drops or gets laggy. both of us are in edinburgh.

Had mine downgraded to 30mb with a nice price reduction after lots of complaints. Its now working perfect and a constant speed which is nice.

The Virgin girl said the main problem they are having is over subscription especially on the 50mb service.. ?

Care to create a think broadband latency graph? :)

Makes no difference mate. 50Meg and 30Meg both use docsis 3 so will be affected by the same utilisation

Set one up and it detected my ip address etc, just went with what it said but nothing appears on the graph :S

EDIT: I have no idea how to get the thing working, seems others on the virgin forums are having problems getting the super hub to work with the thinkbroadband quality monitor, it's just getting 100% packet loss cause i can't set up imcp ping

Any ideas?
