Umm - im guessing i still get one to my 50 meg upgrade. Wonder if i should keep using my NETGEAR Wireless-N Router WNR2000 or use the one which VM will provide to use with my Netgear WN111 adaptorIIRC at the moment it's a dlink dir 615
Does anyone have this in the Bristol area ?
particulalry Bedminster (BS3) or Brislington (BS4)
Anyone know if there's a way to remotely reboot the actual modem they give you? Both the router and modem are in my housemate's room downstairs, which means that when one of them regularly decides to stop serving properly late at night (read: gaming session), I've only got a 50:50 chance of fixing it without waking him up at 3 in the morning by rebooting the router remotely. Can I log into the modem and actually reboot it?
Cheers
Not quite BS3/4 - I'm in BS5 and I can not recommend 50Mb enough.
It's always bang on the money (well not always but I think that's my end) and I get full speed down and up.
I have a few friends/co-workers dotted and spotted around Bristol with it and not a single one has a bad thing to say about it.
