Doubt it, VM installers are usually just as in the dark as their customer support people.
Was there an additional cost or contract extension for doing it early?
Just had a call from Virgin Media. Last week gave my 30 days notice.
Was paying £29.50 for Evening & weekend talk and 50mb broadband
Now £24 for the same package with my broadband getting a little jump to 70MB

12 connected to mine via switch and no issues.... Sounds like your hub is faulty have you tried hard re-setting it ?
Strange one that. I have the AC hub now and had the 2 before and have not had any issues with multiple connected devices... ?????

I've had FOUR superdooper hubs this year and they refuse to acknowledge there is any problem with the Hubs or the line.
They even sent me out "refurb" units which still had the last users devices listed in the DHCP table.
The CS rep even suggested "If you need more than 4 connected wired devices.... try another supplier"![]()
