just for 50Mb it's £38

if u already have the phone the 50Mb would be £28
 
just had a engineer round and i asked about the 5Mb upload speed & the 100Mb. he said the 5Mb upload speed won't be around any time soon because they having issues. and he said the 100Mb won't be around until next year.

I wouldnt take anything from a installation engineer/customer service as they are normally the last to know.

I paid £8 more for the upgrade from 20 to 50. I have a basic TV package and phone line as well.

Seems strange that I have to pay an extra £10 a month for the privilege of NOT having their phoneline as well lol :/

50Mb is £28 with a phone line, £38 without

EDIT: Oh wait, I just saw the: *Plus a Virgin phone line for £11.99 a month. Bit. Haha!

Lame :(
 
Seems more sensible to take the phone line really. For an extra £1.99 a month, you may as well incase of emergencies or something.
 
Can't believe there are already talks about 100mb. 50mb is fast enough! :p

Though i've just got it and still marvel at the wonderous speeds.

Can imagine the only thing 100mb is useful for is getting those dodgy BD-ROMS :p
 
I wish i had 50meg bb. I have 2 meg and i live right in the heart of ipsiwch and theres even a BT research statoin nearby and im so lacking of a good connection. Sucks that im in a part of town where they have not installed cable yet all over town everyone else has virgin cable :(
 
So, I think I might be getting my d-link 615 replaced, does it matter I changed the firmware? If so, can anyone upload me a copy of the original firmware so I can put it back on!
