I would double check that this doesn't apply to the broadband and phone offer, definitely does for the tv bundles.
Apparently I'm getting this. Don't know how believe this is...
Take no notice of speed test sites I had this one a bit ago on 50mb.
Although to be fair this is my latest one.

My 50mb has been pretty much unsuable for even online gaming last few weeks around 5pm to midnight pings to bbc are 50-100ms.
Soon as midnight arrives everything is back to normal so there is definitely some capping or something going on.
Cant even play fifa online it's too laggy.
If they keep this up I shall be downgrading to 10mb.
No point having 50mb with such over the top throttling.

or just get 100Mb when is available as that will probably have no limits set on it.

Is what I'm hoping for
Until they launch the next package up and quota that. The 50mbit was launched with no traffic management etc and they seem to have reneged on that.

Well I was going to upgrade anyways so it makes no or little difference to me, a year and a half ago before I moved I was paying £35 a month just for an up to 8 meg adsl connection with 50 gig a month limit with Zen, my 50 meg costs me £28 so all the time i'm under £35 a month for my broadband I'm happy and trust me up to 8 meg feels like dial up when compared to 50 meg. The only way I wont upgrade is if it is managed in some way then I really wont bother I'll just keep my 50meg package.
i just mangaged to upgrade my virgin 3 for £32 package (M-TV, M-PHONE, 20Mb net) to 50Mb net for an extra £5.
So all that for £37 a month. All i called up for was a wireless router for free.
How the hell...
We pay £37 for 10mb internet, L-TV and basic phone... How do you get such a good deal?

I'm on 50meg and was paying around £50 a month for the same package as you but already with XXL. I checked on line to see what new customers get and felt a bit cheated so gave them a call and have been offered the 36.99 deal, seems that it is a new deal to current customers.
