My hub 4 stopped working so yesterday I had it replaced with a hub 5. Since then I've been having a bit of packet loss, it comes and goes, it could be an issue to do with the game but I thought I'd have a look at my line settings since the hub 5 was installed. This is my upstream, I'm told the power levels are to high and should be under 50, could something like this be the cause of packet loss ? Connection seems fine otherwise, it's stable and full speed

but she is happy and that is the main thing for what she does on a phone you don't need much more, though I feel £25 is a rip off for that level of performance and I'd would just put her on Smarty if it wasn't for VM bundling and pay far less for more of everything.
