I've been using the SuperHub for a few weeks now. When it works, it works fine :) but every 3-5 days it'll get flakey. The wireless normally stops working.

Annoying part is that when I reset it, it doesnt always boot properly. Sometimes the LAN stops working, even though the wireless is ok, so requires another reboot.

Hopefully this is resolved in future updates.

can anyone tell me if the superhub has qos support?

With 30meg down and 3 meg up is QoS still needed in the same way it was back in the 512k. Also with Gigabyte networks or even 10/100. Im sure theres plenty of bandwidth to go around not to worry about QoS.

Gigabyte?

QOS is useful for contorlling WAN bandwidth to connected clients by prioritising certain tasks such as gaming, so if someone starts downloading over http and your PC is gaming the QOS configuration you set will determine who has priority (your, if you set it that way).

It doesn't matter what the LAN connection rate is at all as far as QOS is concerned.

1000meg Gigabyte you know what i ment Mr Pedant not like there wasn`t context to what I was trying to convay. Not the maker Gigabyte. I now see why you have 37,000+ post. :-)

Bandwidth shaping.

No and No it dosent have a GUI for it or Bandwidth shaping.

Dose it support QoS I`d assume it dose. Although found this published today 13/02/11

Anyone noticing a random slow loading issue of webpages should check for router firmware upgrades if you're using your own router! I had a random issue sometimes with the 20MB and 30MB speeds where some websites sometimes loaded after a reload (mentioned earlier) and today I noticed a new router upgrade noting this issue being fixed, never realised it was a firmware issue o.0

I've just checked the guide again, against my superhub settings and all appear correct.

My PC is seeing:

Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Lease Obtained. . . . . . . . . . : 13 February 2011 22:58:00
Lease Expires . . . . . . . . . . : 14 February 2011 22:58:00
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 10.0.0.1
DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 10.0.0.1

Wait, do you mean you can't access the superhub's router or your own secondary router? You can't connect to the router if it's a secondary one because it's not been paired to act as a router with the superhub in modem only mode by the looks of it.

Here's how mine looks:

Code:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix:
Description: Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller
Physical Address: ‎
DHCP Enabled: Yes
IPv4 Address: 192.168.1.2

Weird, so your WNDR3700 defaults to an IP of 10.0.0.1? I found mine once resorted to that IP address out of nowhere so I reset it and it reverted back to how it should be (192.168.1.1).

Restore factory defaults and start fresh and update to the latest firmware and GUI versions.

Sorted! I checked the settings on the WNDR3700's LAN Setup page to find it setup to 10.0.0.1... how weird!

As I already have the latest firmware (downloaded it yesterday) I just set this back to 192.168.1.1 and its working perfect again.

IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.2(Preferred)
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Lease Obtained. . . . . . . . . . : 14 February 2011 00:01:16
Lease Expires . . . . . . . . . . : 15 February 2011 00:01:16
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
Cheers Khaaan!

Weirdness, mine did the exact same thing the other week :p I did change it back but I wiped it and reconfigured it fearing a setting got corrupted somewhere as it did have an epic uptime ¬_¬
