Anyway, was introduced to what I think is the best vodka I have ever had recently. It is called Snow Queen and from Kazakhstan.

About £30 a bottle, which is pricey, but by no means the most expensive. This stuff is distilled FIVE times.

It is so good that when I frust drunk some, it was warm and we had no mixers and no ice. We were a little impatient for a try so drunk it neat, at room temperature, at least at the beginning anyway.

Smooth to the the point of unbelievable. It is a cracker!

Beats all the other 'top end' stuff I have tried hands down. This includes Grey Goose, Belvedere, Cape North etc etc.

Got a bottle on my desk right now.

You didn't even think to do a simple search for it? It's basically the same as the White Russian but without the dairy ingredient.

Yes there is such a thing, I think its Vodka mixed with Coffee Liquor or something.

I've tried ZUBROWKA recently and that was smooth and lovely, but extremely strong

Zubrowka is very good for your normal stuff.

People that buy Smirnoff are just fools imo when you can get far better quality for the same price.

Finlandia, Zubrowka, Russian Standard and even Absolut (if you cannot get the first three) are all the same price in the supermarket as that awful red label stuff.

I am yet to be converted to this, especially at the price they sell it for. Chase Vodka is good, but in my opinion, not as good as Snow Queen for the same price.

i struggle drinking it mixed nowadays, only because im past a bad time in my life where i was drinking everyday, the smell makes me vomit now.

Get a bottle of Finlandia, stick it in the freezer overnight, then do it in shots.

nah ive had some very expensive stuff before, 70%+ vodka, it still tastes like ******* arse

What's a good, commercially available, tonic to add to make my V&Ts even better? Usually just use Schweppes but prepared to try some other stuff if they are easy to get hold of.
