It's so far seemed to be all about you - The talking a lot, the picking of subjects, the lack of questions about you... I presume you didn't ask her about herself?
Probably best you protect yourself from all that and just stay home, TBH.

Exactly! You're going to need thicker skin than that if you're going to handle internet dating well. Why bother asking for a second date if the first one was crap? Don't waste your time, just move onto the next. Get some thicker skin and use the scatter gun approach to internet dating.
 
First rule of online dating, bang on the first date. Second rule of online dating, bang on the second date. Third rule of online dating, get checked for super gonorrhea. But whatever you do, don't assume the worst of someone you hardly know. Even if they do bang on a first date.
 
You went on one date, she doesn't owe you anything, asking if someone is lying after you've been out with them once is a huge red flag for her, no wonder she wanted to stop talking to you.

After she said she couldn't do this weekend, did you even suggest another weekend before going psycho on her? Obsessing over her reading your WhatsApp messages and "If you don't like me you can just tell me". If she said no after that point, take the hint and move on, simple.

If it were multiple dates, sure try and suss what's going on, but you went out once.
