Watch Dogs - Ubisoft's Third Person Shooter

I can't decide on 3 things:
buy it for PC, buy it for PS3 (own now) or just buy PS4 kit all in one.

Get it on PC if you want all the extra graphics options and your PC can handle it. Alternatively I'd say get it on consoles if you intend to play with friends more who aren't PC gamers, then which console would depend on whichever you use more :)

Day 1 DLC?

I'm out. Hang your head in shame Ubi, the gig is old now. I'll source the game for free thanks.

+1

i have poor GPU, the rest is OK.....maybe PS3 for now.

Thanks for clearing that up, if you're not required to pay for the day 1 DLC, why is everyone getting so annoyed?

I think it's because the game was delayed as it needed more time to be finished. It's now being shown with lot's of DLC footage. It makes you wonder if they wanted the time to finish the game or milk people with DLC available at launch.

Or something like that.

I'm so excited for watchdogs. Although it is certainly nowhere near the originally claimed graphical brilliance, it should still be a top game

I don't see why people are having issues with day 1 DLC. You don't have to buy the DLC to enjoy the game and it's Extra content for those that bought the special editions and up.

Big blockbuster games are costing more and more each year to make and the developers need to make that money back somehow and if it means they make enough to be able to make even bigger games with better graphics than I'm all for it

This!

It's ridiculous. It's like me saying "I'm not ordering a pepperoni pizza from Pizza Hut because they have garlic bread for sale as well"

I don't need one to enjoy the other so stop moaning about it.

By the way, how do you think I'll get on with an i5 [email protected] and 4GB 670? Playing at 1080p.

Gamers love to whinge about anything they can.

My bloody ankle is playing up and casuing me some bloody pain. I blame this weather we're having, it just hailed like mad and has got quite cold. I'm sick of the changable weather in this bloody country.

Kids today don't know their born.

Have you seen the cost of a pint? Bloody rip off. I remember taking a tenner out with me on a Friday night getting drunk and a kebab afterwards (that's actually true).

Get off my lawn.

Maybe an issue on your end? Far Cry 3/AC4/Blacklist all run at 60fps maxed out for me, with some dips in AC4 but with the scale of the game that's to be expected. 3570k 4.0 and stock 670 2gb.

I have a 4770K @ 4.6Ghz and a 780Ti running 1250/3800 at 1440p. FC3 is ok, Blacklist has stutters and AC4 is just a mess with drops to 30Fps when on the islands but locked at 60 on the boat.

Hopefully Watchdogs will be ok but we will see.
