Still the same issue... used DDU... installed 14.6...no difference in watchdogs... I still get negative scaling. :(
Back to single card for now.
I'm confused why its working for you.

We Don't need to download Uplay, we need to download Watch Dogs dammit :D
 
This is why people hate Ubi, if you force DRM down peoples throats, make damn good sure your servers can handle the amount of people wanting to play the game. Pirates can play it freely, yet people who paid, can't log in and get screwed.

Is it maybe not a bug with using supersampling as i see you are using that and the other poster wasn't. Just a guess here

wow really cant believe it, but still no code from cd keys. for a first time use doesnt look good. i pre ordered 2 months ago, is this incompetence or just my luck :mad:

Are you forcing SuperSampling through CCC mate? Do you get full usage on both cards when you just run lower amounts of AA? Wondering if it might be an issue with SuperSampling.
 
No iv tried it with and without supersampling... The supersampling is turned on through the watchdogs config file... its normally set to 0 but you set it to 1 and you get supersampling... with supersampling off im getting 72 fps on a single card and 60 fps with crossfire enabled.
 
At the moment this seems uplayable to me.

I just got a R9 290X this morning and installed it. Had a few issues but ironed them out and now I try and play Watch Dogs and get this:

It's like some sort of pixelated bleeding or something.

There is a site that lets you download the gamefiles for games that is legal, but doesn't come with a crack which is illegal. Forgot what it was though, I downloaded Far Cry 3 and Assassin's Creed 3 from there and it installed inside the Uplay folder and Uplay recognised them.

you get that when you have motion blur enabled along with MSAA I think.

I've read that is to do with MSAA on AMD cards. Turn the AA to Temporal and see if it still does it.

try disable everything in the settings, set to low on others and see how it looks,
you will need to reload the game to be sure changes have taken effect,

if all looks good then turn them on 1 by 1 until you get the problem again then you will know what could be the cause

also DL the 14.6 driver if you haven't already
 
Yay, bought the key from CDKeys which arrived in mins but took ages to log into Uplay (no surprise there) and now downloading at 8MB/s :), about 30 mins to get some food before gaming :)
