I thought it was all Premier League games this weekend? Why were Chelsea paying a League 2 team? Weird.

Anyway :p, hoping the Newcastle team will look this:

Disappointed with the booing of Robbie Keane yesterday but thankfully it was by a minority of fans. He was clapped off by the entire stadium when he was substituted.
 
It's another must-win game for us tonight.

If Newcastle win tonight we go 14th above the Mackems on goal difference. If we draw we're still in the drop-zone and if we lose we're totally screwed. The other results at the weekend really didn't do us any favours.

We have a fairly good record against villa at home but no doubt I will have just jinxed us. :rolleyes:

Visionary's team looks pretty good to me - I don't think it would much of a problem if Taylor or Duff was in there to be honest. Owen on for Shola as soon as humanly possible if you ask me though - I was so frustrated with him against Brom.

hardly totally screwed if you lose. the league is insanely tight at the minute.
 
Newcastle are not going to get anything from tonight's game. !!

Villa are ready ,, on a hungry run and are scoring for fun.

I see a high score game but i do not think Newcastle will score more than us ....

COME ON U VILLANS !!! 4TH SPOT HERE WE COME.

hes turned us around this season, players have belief, they look like a team, dont let their heads drop like the first few games under ramos.

yes you had loads of chances but so have we in games we have lost, just the way it goes in football :)

We have set us rolling now and our next games in prem are man city, blackburn and fulham :D
 
In fairness a Liverpool loss WAS coming. They may have had a great start in terms of points, but in terms of performances they have been very lucky and in many games can pinpoint the exact moments where they got good fortune.

That's why the bookies never had them higher than 3rd favourites when they were 5 points clear.
