Weekend Football *Spoilers* inc Carling Cup Final 28/2 - 1/3

no doubt Wenger can have another week of moaning about teams having the cheek and audacity to come to the emirates and play a defensive game rather than playing open and letting arsenal play football round them so they can win
 
Last week Wenger moaned that Sunderland came here and put 10 behind the ball. From what I've read Fulham came here and passed us off the field, we've become a joke of a team.
 
1 game more and we might not even make the UEFA cup next year. Utterly pathetic gutless display against Fulham. How on earth can we let them pass the ball around like willy nilly.

Must add that Fulham totally deserved their point. Their tactics weren't even negative aka Sunderland.
 
Fulham played very well today, both teams should've scored though, but our breaks were pretty strong! Great result, 4 points out of 6 against Arsenal!
 
Wenger, sticks with crap players, kills the confidence of all our quality talented players, refused to reinforce the position we needed in the DM, bought an expensive Arshavin who can only player centrally, whose not good on the wings at all. Plays a ridiculous formation, with extra defensive players(who are damn awful in defence) to win against a team that can't score to save their lives.....................


Diaby, Denilson and SOng need to be sold, or fired, or sued for impersonating footballers. Eboue needs to actually get a run in the team without being dropped after every damn good performance. bendtner the same, Vela the same, Ramsey, Wilshire, gibbs, etc, etc, etc. Adebayor needs to be sold to someone probably for 2 million with an agreement that we pay the difference between the wages a sane person would offer him, and the wages we agreed to pay him.


Wenger really well and truly has to go. Every big decision he's gotten wrong for several years, but its the fact that he repeatedly says that Song, Denilson and Diaby are actually so good he won't get anyone. The golden generation, comparing those three to Giggs, Scholes and beckham is just, embarassing, insulting andd pathetic.


Just incase anyone thinks so, I'm not saying Fulham are bad, they totally outplayed us early this year and in this game, then and now I said Denilson hasn't the quality to play against a real midfield, Blackburn, who as I suggested would, turned out to suck, Fulham are a different class to Blackburn. Whenever we play against a weak central midfield pair, or Fabregas had a great game, we look good, anytime we play against a strong experienced midfield pair who can pass, Denilson looks a joke.

But yet again, every single thing that has happened this year was clear before the season started, and well before the first transfer window closed. SPending 15mil on Arshavin, instead of on the DM position, its going to cost us 20mil in CL money next year, great damn business there, fantastic.

Wigan deserved at least a draw out of that and their 11 travelling fans must be gutted.;)
They battled hard all game and played better football for long periods, it's not often Bramble is the best player on any pitch but he was great today:eek:

Villa will be rubbing their hands with glee after Arsenal's result, if they win tomorrow I think they'll definitely finish in the top 4.

And silly old Liverpool again.

I was only talking about Liverpool in my last post though. We're not playing well but things are going against us too. The Pompey and City games were exactly the same also.

Can't really complain. We had our fair share of luck at the start of the season and now things are going against us. All evens itself out over the course of a season despite some people claiming we never get any bad luck.
 
Arsenal are getting caught up by everton, unlucky, and aston villa up liverpools **** if they win there game, its a embarrising title race this season.
 
DO remember that if Villa win tomorrow they'll be 1 point off 3rd place, 2points off 2nd, and still a mile off first :p We'll only be a small 9 points behind them, 17 I believe off Man U who have a game in hand now, and with Everton breathing down our necks.
