What Audiobooks are you listening to ?

I’m several hours into Dungeon Crawler Carl and I’m really enjoying it. Carl and Her Highness have just have just killed a Bad Llama.

Just finished the Darth Bane trilogy and now listening the Darth Plagueis book.

I've read the Darth Bane triloy several times and I've listen to the audio books. I think they just great books and I wish Disney would make a series of it. Have the dark side in focus for a change.

I loved the books but can you please explain the ending? I know nothing of the EU so bare with me :D

Did Darth Zannah really win? Thought the ending was a little too convenient and i thought she didnt really win as its was more desperation on Bane's part? that cant be the end for the mighty Bane surely?

It's open to debate/interpretation. Did Bane succeed in his attempt to transfer his consciousness to Zannah? It is hinted at but I like to think he didn't take over her mind but his essence is in there.

My god I've got to start proof reading my posts, my previous one was terrible.

Was thinking that too cause she had the hand shake thing. Hopefully he comes out again :D lol

I'm still slowly listening to the Discworld series on audiobook, the problem I have is I also like to watch films, and can't listen to them in the car so it's normally whilst I'm doing something like tidying up or gardening.

Or this week whilst trying to write out a bunch of Christmas cards.

I've just finished Feet of Clay, so up next is Jingo.

IIRC Audible have a lot of the new versions of the Discworld books for £5.20.

Audible hava a yearly subscription option of £109.99 for 24 books. Works out around £4.58 ish a book. Bargain if you ask me.
I think in January or February I might be changing my plan, even the 12 monthly sub works out at only ~£5.83 a book which is a lot cheaper than £8 a month.

Either I'm stupid/blind or they don't advertise that very well to existing customers. I wonder why ;)

I'll have to swap to the 24 credits per year subscription.

I also have an alert setup on HotUKDeals for Audiobook. This is the one I used last week, but as you see from some comments near the bottom, it was actually even better than first advertised.
Used my remaining credits and purchased them for £7.20 so even cheaper than mentioned here.

Yeah, this is what I do. Then top ups are about £17 for 5 more books, so £3 something per book...

Last week there was an offer and I got 5 book top up for about £7!

Do they let you download and keep the books? Or do you have login and remain online with Audible to access your library?

I couldn't tell you as I've not stopped subbing since I started. I expect google can tell you. I would imagine you need to log in, but I wouldn't expect you need to be paying a sub to listen to books you've bought.
