What did you do to your bike today?

Guys don't buy from Tyreleader.co.uk, such a pain trying to get a refund for the set of tyres. One of which didn't match the model which I originally bought, I quoted bits from their policy and consumer act. No reply in 2 hours, still waiting... I've been sending mails since 9am...

Next time Oponeo, no point in saving 5-8 quid if you have to go through all of this bs...

Wait you're complaining as you've not had a reply within 2hours of e-mailing them? Give them a chance! Most companies have a 24hr SLA to replying to e-mails :p

How long has it been since you received them? No lucky selling yourself then? And yes you should get a full refund for both post out and back to them.

Order a new casing for my speedo as mine has a crack in it. Noticed in the torrential rain the other day some water had got in and being a digital dash thought I best get it fixed sharp! My bike is sat uncovered in work so when it rains I've been putting a bag over the dash :p

Ordered a knock-off casing from China, can't get the proper ones anymore and the only secondhand ones on eBay included the clocks so they wanted £200 for them! £13 so we'll see what it's like!

No, they only stopped answering me when I started telling them about my rights and quoting their own policy... that's when the silence started other than that they were fairly quick with replies.

It's just the way they handle the customer is annoying, if I had a company and a client wanted to return a product which costs twice as much as what he paid. I wouldn't make it difficult for them to return it, but I've never understood german companies and probably never will...

BTW The refund query has been made within 7 days of receiving the goods, so they have to refund me... especially since I received goods which don't match the description. :o

EDIT

My old battery is outputting 12.57 volts, so I'll drop that down to the garage for my duke. It seems that the motobatt which came in was faulty from day 1... :(

BTW 618 biker girls/women in Ace Cafe, I only saw a female 1-3x on a bike before actually riding it. But in that time I saw like 300 bikers, does any of you gents have a 2nd half who also rides?

They are, as long as it's dry and/or you've got a nice garage to work in.
If I didn't have to deal with my house mates the bike would be in the kitchen!

Get yourself a big-ass garage :D

This is my new one. Clearing it out and cleaning it this weekend. Need more bikes!

was expecting "no reply in 2 days" no reply in 2 hours Jesus if you want a response that quick phone them.

That's not a garage,that's a barn!!

I'm expecting the Walton's to jump out

When empty it can fit 2 normal + 1 small car in it or a **** load of bikes :p

Once cleared, cleaned and setup, i'll have to keep the entire right-side free (except my bike) so we can get 2 cars in front to back if needed.

It's a lovely 25mm of rain here today, we had dead rats being washed up from the drains as there was so much rain, I had to avoid a 3ft deep flood with water gushing out of the drains!

A typical British summers day! :D

Was gorgeous up here this morning. Bit chilly but clear and sunny and most importantly dry roads, loved the ride in this morning. :D

The point I was trying to make is that they stopped replying me after I've started quoting bits from their policy and Consumer Rights Act. I'm not in a rush, as long as I get a full compensation its ok.

I'm really jelly, even if I wanted a garage there are none nearby me. If you wouldn't mind, could you post a picture of how it looks outside? :)

My alternator/stator...

Edit:

I only just noticed that Rossi lives in Hitchin, that's not that far away from me. Could get possibly more people from OcUK next season and go for a ride, atm I would just slow you down on a 125. :p
