What did you do to your bike today?

Mod 2 booked for 14th of December :( That's the earliest test i could get

No chance of nabbing a cancellation? I was quite lucky with my 2nd one managed to get it for the very first day I could retake and my boss didn't mind the short notice won't be in tomorrow got something more important to do chat :D

They have said they'll keep checking for cancellations but if nothing comes up, i'll have to wait until then. :o :(

Just checked myself and they have 5 appointments available on the 1st of December, wonder why my instructor said they can't fit me in until the 14th

Yamaha has a winter sale in Poland, I can get a brand new MT07 for just over £3000 (around £3170 or similar). In here the cheapest are 4.9k without ABS. Now someone please tell me that's not worth the hassle of bringing it in here! :p

Edit

Transport to the UK will be £100, that's how I transported my Raptor 250 via the same courier company. I used them for other stuff too, so they're trusted. My granddad knows the owner :D

Will you not have to pay the UK 20% tax when it hits our shore? You'll end up paying £600 in tax i think?

If you buy second hand from Poland then you pay no VAT when it enters the UK. :)

I would think it's more tricky to get a used bike registered in the uk though. Deffo worth working out the costs - and if the warranty is good over here then it would be worth the hassle buying new for a decent saving.

You don't fancy the new BMW then? http://www.visordown.com/motorcycle-news-new-bikes/bmw-g310-r-revealed/28442.html

Only 34bhp mind, top speed 90mph, but 85mpg! Made in india too like the other cheapo 300-400cc bikes. :(

Same, I prefer the F3 and F4's over any other. MV Augusta's are the only Italian bikes I would actually own, if I could afford it, that is...

The rear end and the subframe is a work of art under the panniers

The Brutale 800 Dragster RR is an amazing thing too.

The Turismo is sort of in between the 1200 multistrada and the 800 hyperstrada - the perfect size for solo touring. There's rumours of a baby multistrada being announced which I'd be VERY interested in, but I'm not holding my breath.
