Rim Tape is the equivalent of furry dice in the car world back in the eighties not my cup of tea but some seem to like it.

On black wheels, tape matching the colour of the bike can look good in my opinion.

I quite like it, rim tape for me only becomes a problem when it doesn't match the rest of the colour scheme and just seems to be stuck there for the hell of it

Rim tape really seems to divide people. Personally I really like it on the right bike.

I think it looks good on that bike but then I always favour Red & Black.

As for my bike I just looked at it & thought I'd like to get on it & ride it to the edge of the country & back. Sick of this weather & just want spring to break.

Mines in for a service (warranty requirements and all that) at BLD Group £65 ....which is a damn site cheaper than the £146 streetbike wanted. Hope they give it a nice clean too

Seem a friendly bunch tbh but this is the first time I have used them (the birmingham branch as they call it, or oldbury as its really called, I know cos I live there )..been ringing them for last half hour to see if my bikes ready, cant get a bloody answer......the mrs said there were blue lighrs and large tailbacks that way when she was passing earlier.....I now have visions that the place has burnt to the ground now

Yay all good in the end....the guy on desk said he had been rushed off his feet all afternoon, due to the easter break
Clutch feels a little softer now but I suppose I shall get used to it over next few days.
