Yeah, I think so. The last one I had arrived with the baffle out so all good, but it is in this one. I think there's a spot weld that needs to be broken to get it out.

Poxy amazon managed to get new fixings for the EXUP valve for the R1 from two different places delivered this week, ordered some moly grease on Prime last Sunday, they've just told me it's been lost and they're sending another out tomorrow, was hoping to get it back together this afternoon.

Adjusted the clutch, fitted some new led side lights, cleaned the air filter, fitted some new plugs and gave it a very overdue wash and wax.

KTM got a strip down, clean, and maintenance done.

R1 got a clean.

In the meantime to get yourself going you can use a soft (graphite) pencil to lube up the bearing surfaces in the valve.

No need it's a piece of wall art it'll hardly be ridden. It can wait. Maybe next year I'll ride it.

Took the bike down to limekiln for a blast, well spent £10! Great fun would definitely recommend for anyone in to enduro

Installed the wiring looms for Gerbing gloves and Keis jacket. Been off work nearly two weeks and coming home in the mornings looks like they're going to be chilly ones.

Doubt they'll be used unto the frost drops mind. One less job to do!

Reassembled the exup valve. Still sticking. Turns out it's warped with the heat. Forum advice is flat surface and a hammer spent all night fart arsing around with the fixings and greasing removing grease and regreasing. Bah
