Yup...it irritates me as well.

Logical explanation is only she knows about it and being a bit not right in the head, forgets until the last minute :D
 
Guardians of the Galaxy - Hugely enjoyable comic book movies set in space. There is something about these Marvel films at the moment which is just working for me, whether it is watching them with my kids that helps I don't know but this one was possibly the best. Some excellent action, comedy and effects. 5/5

Films would be much shorter if they pressed the 'win' button somewhat sooner in the film. :p
 
watched the 2 star trek films again - still entertaining guff, but i just watched Dawn of the planet of the apes - really really good 9/10 - nice to know hollywood can still make intelligent blockbusters.
 
Bayonetta: Bloody Fate

9/10

Pretty much a fan service for the 1st Game and I thoroughly enjoyed it throughout despite the fact Manga isn't usually my thing. Obviously there are aspects of the combat in game which doesn't translate as well so point down there but the story is handled perfectly.

If you love Bayonetta then certainly check it out.

Wow, what a movie, had me on the edge of my seat, breathtaking score too. Some annoying plot holes bugged me though.

Dare I say a refreshing take on WWII? This was pretty superb all round but descended into mockery and silliness towards the end. Pitt delivered as usual, even crazy cakes Shia LaBeouf did a solid job. Eh..

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Enjoyed this more than I thought I would, though it is a children's Saturday morning cartoon on steroids. Ignore everything but the incredible visuals. The character animation is great, although somehow not as engaging as the likes of The Incredibles. Maybe it's because the characters are so realistic looking, but they only have human-like faces.

I'm a sucker for war films, and really enjoyed this one. Pitt is as dependable as ever. Really recommend it. 8/10
 
Jack Reacher - Enjoyed parts of it, i cant help but feel Cruise was a bit laughable in the fighting scenes as the character (in the books) is meant to be 6/7'' tall where as Tom Cruise is.....not.

Maze Runner
At times it was meh. It's ok. 5/10

Red Cliff 1 & 2
Brilliant movies. Enjoyed both movies. Might sit down and watch them again soon. 8/10

Young Detective Dee: Rise of the Sea Dragon
It was good. Not as good as previous one. 6/10

The Four Trilogy
Felt as though the movies were rushed. Still enjoyed all three 6/10 overall

Guardian of the Galaxy
Very good movie. Enjoyed it all the way. 7.5/10
