What film did you watch last night?

Watched The Interview this morning. Crap. There was one bit where I went "Ha" but that was it. 3/10.

Sunshine On Leith, surprisingly enjoyable.

Hah, I really enjoyed that film. I've been trying to get my friends into it, but they are all flatly refusing to watch it. Their loss.

A Christmas Carol ,the Jim Carrey animated version.
Thoroughly enjoyed it 8/10 , even though i watched about 1/2 dozen other versions of scrooge on tv this christmas.

Hobbit. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Those who had read the book disagreed. The only thing I didn't like
was how was the lake village folk killed orks which are born for war, oh and how 6 dwarfs over came several thousand orcs.

The Wicker Man - First 70 minutes 3/10. Last 20 minutes is hilarious.

Bullet To The Head - 5/10. Standard action flick. Sarah Shahi boobs.

Avengers Assemble - 10/10. Just brilliant.

Cap America Winter Soldier - 8/10. Really enjoyed this. I always think Captain America should be rubbish but they've turned it into a decent franchise.

I also watched good ole Cap, thought it was good to have him team up with Scarlett Johansson for the film, also liked the new guy's wings. 4/5

Kung Fu Jungle - Donnie Yen

Probably one of the (if not the best) MA movies he made to date. Some the fight sequences were amazing. It really is a movie made as a tribute to all martial arts movie made. The bad guy really stood out for me, very convincing. 9/10 - Highly recommended if you are a fan to martial arts.

Exodus: Gods & Kings.

Some really good set pieces, superb performance from Bale as always. Surprised to see Aaron Paul pop up in there. Pointless casting of Weaver.

A bit disjointed and rushed in a few parts, relies on people understanding the story of Moses and the plagues a little too much I think.

Overall, 7/10
