What film did you watch last night?

A few of the people were from her past, the first she saw I think was her granny as well, but it troubled me that she didn't seem to recognise any of them, even though there was two or three times it cut to family photos that had them with her when she was a kid.

Watched this off your post as the trailer tickled me.

Good stuff, though also a bit intense at places (thought it would be more comedy black comedy throughout).

6/10

Kendricks, HNNNNNGGGG!!

Yeah the 'darkness' of it startled me a few times too but the jokes soon kick in again. :D

Watched Next Friday last night. Got to say, not as good.

the dad forgot how to act between these Fridays and became a parody of himself:/

Yeah definitely not as good as the first. Still had good fun nonetheless.

Korean woman and Pinky...

Dad's brother Elroy :D

Every time I come in the kitchen, you in the kitchen. In the god damn refrigerator!

So much lolz in the film :D

Now watched all 3. Friday After Next.... Pimp and Damon...:D

Reminded me a lot in ways of District 9 and a classic Blomkamp film for sure. Lots of humour thrown in between the serious side of the story and it's a story that isn't new but there's an interesting moral twist to it that was quite good. SFX was superb too. 8/10.

The Pyramid
Not the kind of film I expected to see Jay from Inbetweeners in and despite the average iMDB rating I quite enjoyed it. The audio effects were plentiful and well detailed, the SFX were not bad either and it was gory in parts. I'd easily give is 6.5/10 - A half decent horror of sorts.

I watched "The Lego Movie", which is an easy 8 out of 10.

I really enjoyed it, especially the little jokes and details :)

Although I do now have that tune running through my head constantly, it's almost as bad as after I caught Frozen when I was at my Sisters house.

Lol! True.

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.

It wasn't really the film I wanted it to be, with a premise that absurd I figured it should really be out there but, in fact, it was actually a relatively straight played US civil-war era vampire movie. Enjoyable and absurd, although a little let down by the special effects in places. At £3 in Morrisons, it was worth the price.

7/10

Was really looking forward to see this. Some of the dialogue was straight up cringe worthy.

A few enuine laugh out loud moments that I didn't expect, it was an enjoyable film the watch.

Not a patch on District 9.

6.9/10. Rated it lower than I figured I would before seeing it.

One guy has subtitles even though he's speaking English pretty clearly, really no need :p

The special effects were awesome. It just looked real :D

-edit, I want to see it again.. been thinking about it all day

True Romance 10/10

I saw this many years ago out of pure boredom. I didn't know who was in it or anything about it, I just pressed play and had no idea what to expect. It has the best scene in any film for me and the best theme tune to any film. Brilliant acting, a top cast and it's beautifully written, an absolute masterpiece imo and one of my all time favourite films.

Any love for this film or am I alone? It doesn't get enough recognition for me.

Robocop (the new one)

I tried to watch it pretending that the original didn't happen, based on this I would give it a score of 5/10, liked Gary Oldman and Bat/Birdmans performances, the story was... what story?

Coming back to reality and the fact the original did happen it gets a 2/10

why did you give it such a high rating :D

REC 4 Apocalypse
Been a fan of this series so thought I'd check out the latest instalment. Same story as usual, the gore has been toned up a little more and being on a boat, the tense feeling of being trapped is transmitted across a bit better.

I liked it.

Mr Turner. Quite a shock/ eye opener. I mean the way he was portrayed in this movie made him look like a knuckle dragging Neanderthal

Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day - Disney.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1698641/

Acting was a bit off - Garner does not do emotion, older sister was pants and there were a few places where the gags were a bit flat or could have been better.

However, as a family movie it was good and got a few laugh out loud moments - 6/10.
