Looper - 8/10
Love this film but gets a bit too slow once he's at the farm.

Whiplash - 9/10
Outstanding, got goosebumps during the last scene. Actors were top notch and really enjoyed the music.

Mud - 7/10
It was pretty good, MM was good and the two young lads as well.

The Godfather - Didn't even finish it, got to 2 hrs (felt like 3) and turned it off. Most overrated film I think I've ever seen

Thought I'd give 'Looper' a look, however, I turned it off around half way through. Maybe I need to give it another chance at a later date.

Requiem For A Dream.

Had no idea it got as dark as it did, truly harrowing moving towards the end, but brilliant. 9/10

This was the uncensored NC-17 version btw.

Radio

Ill give it a 7.5/10.

Really tugs on the heart strings. Randomly picked it on Netflix and really enjoyed it, didn't realise it was a true story till i seen the credits.

Agree the films are long and I seem to recall the opening scenes of The Godfather dragging a bit but I was hooked once it got going.

Friends With Benefits. Yet another romantic comedy that isn't very romantic. On the plus side it was a bit funny, and the supporting cast was good. The editing was poor, the soundtrack was dull as dishwater. I guess JT being ripped and MK spending half the film in tiny shorts goes a long way.

Triangle - Predictable but mildly entertaining non the less.

Eraserhead - Awesome film, one of my favourites.

Frequently Asked Questions About Time Travel - Really enjoyed this, nothing amazing but it's fun to watch.

I just watched this again the other day after a few years and it's definitely up there as one of my favourite films. It's fantastic.

The restoration for blu-ray is stunning too.

Each to their own I guess.

I watched it for the first time recently and thought it was really good.
Not the best film ever made but still really good.
GF 2 and 3 however are just ok.

Weird but quite interesting movie, something quite different for a change. Definitely quite slow paced and subdued, so not for action lovers
