What film did you watch last night?

Watched 'The Last Castle' couple of days ago, thought it was a very good film. 8/10.

Just this second finished watching 'In Bruges', have to say one of the best films I've seen in a long while, I bought it as a result of other peoples recommendations on here and decided not to read a synopsis and oh my god was I surprised, brilliant!

"Maybe that's what hell is... Spending eternity in ******* Bruges."

Like to say thank you to you guys for bringing the film to my attention :D.

Edit: The Score: 10/10.

Shallow Grave. Hilarious comedy about interpersonal relationships amongst young professionals in Edinburgh!

:)

Ip Man

I'm not really into historical/martial arts types of films but this was pretty well made, the emotion and humility came through very well.

Im just watching eye wide shut with nicole kidman and tom cruse, amazing film, very erotic :)

Damnit, why didnt he go back to that house! There are so many will he wont he moments in that film. For one minute I thought he was going to smash pasty with that girl in the costume shop

I give this 8 out of 10, would have given it more if the ending didnt jus happen. It was like there could have been more, but the rest of the film. Awsome

There's an "s" on the end. And it's only depressing because it's set in Sheffield.

You just have to keep reminding yourself that the end result is a world without Sheffield. Every cloud has its silver lining...

Descent Part 2...just absolute tripe compared to the first one which i quite enjoyed in all honesty....but this sequel was possibly the worst movie ive seen this yr next to the crazies:p

Hurt Locker

Not as good as I expected it to be - perhaps too much hype. I see its up for best picture with Avatar and District 9 - my vote would by D9 by some margin.

8/10

Alice in Wonderland

Just back from watching Alice in Wonderland - my daughter and her friends needed a responsible adult but got saddled with me. Thought it would be much darker than it was. Seemed to have certain scenes that were only included for 3D screens.

8/10

Funny People 8/10

I have this theory that comedians can make for very good dramatic actors and this film did nothing to make me think otherwise.

Watched Inside Man this morning and thought it was great, so good I'm watching it again now.

How I missed it first time round I don't know.

I had mixed feelings about Inside Man. Great premise and generally well executed, but the plot started to unravel about two thirds of the way in. For me, the credibility gap was too large to make it satisfying.

Inglorious ********.

Very good film. Myers' cameo was the funniest part of the film for me. It was my brother's DVD and he and Mum had watched it before so I quickly got fed up with the 'bonus' commentary track that was exclusive to me.

Halo legends.

Various drawing styles for each episode, I'm not too clued up in the whole halo story, found it rather boring to watch.

5/10
