What film did you watch last night?

Tonight I have watched

The people vs larry flynt - I thought this was a good movie, executed well however I felt that it needed more sexual content given the tag of the film, not unless I have got the standard version instead of unrated :S

7/10

Killing me softley 6.5/10 - Now, if this film didnt feature naked sex scenes with Heather Graham, It would have got a low score. Granted the story line is abit naff. But the hooters on that fitty! Iv always liked Heather Grayham, so yeah, the movie + boobies contended me, the storyline not so much.

An American Werewolf In London

Not seen it in quite a few years, is it really nearly 30 years old?, and it's still a great film. The transformation is still very good for it's age.

Seen that, thought it was absolute dross. OMG WE ARE SMOKING WEED, SOOOOO FUNNY! :o:mad:

Agreed. (Pineapple Express)

Watched Knowing tonight. Watchable but a bit mental.

The Hurt Locker.
Disappointed :(. Thought it was over-hyped and pretty average. Not a touch on Generation Kill which gives a far better impression of what it's like in Iraq.

I thought it was really good.

Carriers (extended cut)
another virus movie with nothing new to add, could have done with a few rampaging infected to liven it up a bit.

Descent part 2
wasn't expecting much and that's what I got. 10/10!

What Dreams May Come.

Call me a gayer if you like but I quite enjoyed it. You definitely need to be willing to be emotionally manipulated to sink into this film though.

Think Vanilla Sky crossed with The Fountain, then starring Robin Williams and you have a rough idea of the film. :p

6.5/10

Zodiac.

Although there was an interesting story behind the film i found the way it was told was badly executed and it was too long.

Last night was A Fistful of Dollars, tonight was For A Few Dollars More and tomorrow night will be The Good the Bad and the Ugly.

I not a fan of Westerns but these film are great, the bit were they are shooting each other hats still cracks me up :D

Iv just watched "Pure" featuring Molly Parker and Kiera Knightly, based in London and on the subject of heroin abuse.

Quite sad to watch as it goes through the struggle of being an addicted single parent with 2 kids.

Story line was good and played well by the actors.

7.5/10

Twilight

I don't know why I watched it but it was painful. Pretty much everything was wrong. Plot had potential but for a story set in fantasy it was executed so blandly. Most of the actors looked like they were constipated, especially the leads.

Just watched Training Day and got to say it certainly threw me off. I never seen it before or even watched a trailer and really didn't know what I was getting into! I never quite knew what was going to happen here and with the story lines they churn out nowadays that's certainly is a bonus. Story is extremely far fetched though so a 7/10.

I saw Imaginaruim of Dr. Panassus on Saturday night. What an odd film.

I quite enjoyed it although it didn't really 'flow' particularly well. I don't think this was down to the death of Heath Ledger either, the sections where Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farell take his part are quite good. It's the rest that isn't particularly smooth to follow.
