What film did you watch last night?

District 13 on Film4. I enjoyed it, as did the missus, which totally threw me as she doesn't give a film with subtitles the time of day usually!

You know there's a sequel don't you :)

I loved this movie, story and acting was dire, but the free running was awesome!

Watched the newest Transformers film with a friend last night, we didn't stop laughing the whole way through.

At one point there was a car chase and the background went from desert, to junkyard, to quarry, to mountain road, to Italian style town, to Egyptian ruins. I mean.... what the ****! There was no continuity whatsoever, just huge robots and huge explosions, nothing else in the film made any sense at all. And even worse were the plot jumps where you were left feeling like they have just chopped out 40 minutes of film to save time and get to more explosions.

Michael Bay needs shooting in my opinion, preferably out of a large gun, into the sun. It would be fitting.

Watched Never Back Down last night...decent-ish movie if your into fighting ie MMA etc...was a good way of passing a few hrs.

The other night watched Year One with Jack Black and Micheal Cera...that was pretty funny...probably end up watching the new Star Trek movie tonight.

Death Race (Jason Statham version)
Actually rather enjoyed it - by no means a complex and in-depth experience, but if you turn your brain off it's a fun hour and forty five minutes.

Ne Le Dis A Personne.

Brilliant French thriller; kept us guessing and gasping all the way to the end!

The Boat That Rocked. Wasn't really that up for it but it was actually quite good, if totally unbelievable and far fetched.

"Surrogates" with Bruce Willis - if you want a good laugh, check out Bruce's surrogate's hair-line!!!! :D

Not a bad film but its more like "i-Robot and a half"

ps. looking forward to the flicks tonight - "The Godfather" on at my local cinema - never seen it!!!!
