What film did you watch last night?

Indeed.

There isn't one memorable moment in that film and there are so many parts that don't make sense.

[Spoilers]

The daughter of that person who runs the 'Human farm', I'm pretty sure they were trying to get you to feel something for this girl and they pretty much killed her off straight away. It was completely emotionless.

[/Spoilers]

That girl was from Home and Away, and yes I thought the same.

Had potential, didn't deliver!

Salò, or the 120 Days of Sodom. Had to turn off after about 20 minutes as it wasn't very enjoyable, which was to be expected, but it wasn't really anything in fact and I didn't feel like I was gaining anything from watching it.

The Thomas Crown Affair (Brosnan remake)

Never loved or hated this one, tis ok to stick on in the background, some fantastic music though (Nina Simone!)

You're so money and you don't even know it!

Great film.

She's Out of Your League

Didn't expect much and it didn't deliver much, but did have some funny scenes in it. Then again I haven't seen a comedy of any sort for a while so wasn't hard to get laughs out of me :p

5/10

Daredevil

Dull, predictable plot. Some poor performances from actors who are much more capable and general character development is awful. Seems like there was a lot missing from the movie. CGI is over-used and slow-mo scenes quickly become more irritating than cool or adding anything to the movie. I'm struggling to think of any redeeming features. Perhaps some of the visual and art direction is more exciting than most, but by no means original.

3/10

Starship Troopers

Watched it again last night for perhaps the 10th time and it's still one of only two films I rate top marks.

It's not because it's film at its best (obviously); it simply ticks almost all the boxes for me. Wild Things, as an add-on film made it perfect.

The other film is Dusk till Dawn by the way.

10/10

The Book of Eli - A firm 7/10. Nicely made IMO but perhaps a bit slow in places.

Felt like a real world version of the Fallout 3 universe - which is a good thing. The girl that does Megs voice in Family Guy is lovely.

Got The Road to watch tonight.

Loved it. A very bleak movie that got me and the mrs talking about how real it was and that it probably could (and does) happen.

I watched prince of Persia it was really good! Thought the ending didnt completely make sense but there was a lot of action and awesome fight scenes! I would recommend it...

The Crazies

Ok, once you've seen one zombie/virus outbreak film you've probably seen them all. This film plays the tried and tested methods very well and makes for a watchable half hour. Not seen the original so can't compare.

6.5/10

It wasnt last night it was this morning that i watched Sex in the City 2 with my girlfriend. Not exactly my cup of tea but seemed like a decent chick flick!
