What film did you watch last night?

War of the Worlds (new one)

First time I've watched it since getting it on blu ray, pretty rubbish compared with what remember it being like

6/10

Yes Man.

6/10. Enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Plus it has Zooey Deschanel in it which is always a bonus.

Went to see Unstoppable the other night in the cinema. Wasn't as thrilling as I expected it to be but still a decent flick to watch with a bucket of popcorn. :D

Denzel playing his role to perfection as usual.

Time Travelllers Wife.

A terrible film where it takes about an hour for anything even slightly interesting to happen, and once it does, all the anticipation completely dissipates with a completely boring and utterly pointless conclusion.

4/10.

A really poor film with the only plus side being an ass shot of Rachel McAdams, thats 3 of my marks out of 10 above.

i feel for you ,that film is terrible , i would give it 0/10 or did you give the 4 points for Rachel McAdams

Hero 10/10 one of my all time favourite movies, despite the fact ive probably seen it 10+ times i still find it exciting & utterly epic.

Project A 5/10, i'm a fan of Jackie Chan, but the dubbing on the version i saw last night on syfy channel absolutley ruined the movie, it was mis timed, amateurish, & down right bloody awful.

The guns of navarone.

Watched it with more of a eye of the critic... some amazing screenplay, the 'man up' scenes between the characters in the castle are straight out of the kubrick book of pictures, ignoring the powerfull dialogue.

Action scenes near the end were done well ahead of their time too, quick flicking shots, even a shaky cam... 1961?

Not the best in story, but 8 on merit.

The American - nice to look at, half decent story, watchable 7/10

Winter's bones - crap to look at, crap story, depressing 2/10

I watched Unstoppable last night having never thought a film about a runaway freight train would be that interesting but everything went better than expected.

I think the 7.2 on IMDB is well deserved.
