What film did you watch last night?

In Bruges.

Can't believe i've not seen it until now, and it is going down as my favourite film of the year.

Got that waiting for me on DVD... Everyone has said it's great.

Watch it you silly man :p

+1 for In Bruges

One of the best dark comedies i've seen in years.

It's bloody brilliant! Had me laughing out loud at points, the banter between people is just brilliant.

"two manky hookers and a racist dwarf! I think I'm heading home.." :D

2012. The effects when the world was being trashed were OK but the storyline was woeful. It had a top-drawer cast too which surprised me for such a c-grade popcorn flick.

I think my mental age must be going backwards.

Hannah Montana - The Movie - I loved it, 8.5/10. It's sweet, its fun, the cinematography was good, even the script although predictable, is enjoyable. I'd expected it to be a larger and bigger version of the show but it turned out to be a proper movie.

p.s. Taylor Swift is in it !

I love it so much I might get it on Bluray for Xmas

I started watching Ultraviolet tonight.

Oh deary me. I gave up after 15 minutes. The special effects were awful. Even Milla Jovovich couldn't keep me watching!

Get out.

Run.

Don't look back.

Inglourious ********

2.5 Hours of suspence, sudden violence and great dialogue (granted quite long at times) made this a great movie. I actually misread the cover and thought the movie was 1.5 hours (that was the special features part) and it wasn't until I noticed the time on the Bluray player that I realised over 2 hrs had passed!

I then watched all the special features and played the game on the Bluray.. so there went my evening :)

Zombieland - 4/10.

Wasn't impressed, acting was aweful apart from Woody, the characters where unlikeable and bland, Woody's characters twinky obsession was pathetic and forced, the only part I thourght was good was his emotional sub story which was actualy rather touching.

The rules thing was cool but the stupid pop ups of "double tap!" every 5 ****ing seconds got old really quickly and the ending was mind numbingly crap.

Really don't know where the hype for this movie came from.

Astro Boy - 6/10

Watched this for the nostalgia factor and to be honest...I was impressed, it didn't push every button but the ones it pushed it put some effort in to, the voice acting is solid apart from Cage who should never be alowed to voice act again EVER, the story is decent enough and the animation is pretty clean.
