I just gave it a quick squirt of BSD, not a proper waxing
Need to machine polish it before faffing like that.
And no, but wow. Did you know I've had 4 cars since then?
I'd love to give your paint a good polish but on old paint I wouldn't dare - Not without a paint depth gauge.
On this note, I removed 2x co2 gas canisters from behind mine, the little ones. I hate my neighbours.
Behind? Did someone leave them there on purpose?

There was a identical car to yours but black at pistonheads today. Looked great.
Interesting, I haven't seen one at any of the meets before.

Definitely the AMG. The rear looked slightly different...like it had a some sort of aluminium look pack + back of the seats was all silver.

Which is odd because I reverse on to my drive! they definitely weren't there sat evening so have either been placed sat night or earlier today when I was out shopping in the gf's car. What's odd is there's no real reason for anyone to go near my house because it's tucked out of the way - there's no path or anything outside.
Got the MX5 out for its maiden voyage of 2017 ready for a trip for a new roof tomorrow. Usual checks and cleaning plus struggling to get the thing off of my tyre savers. Took her for a spin and then carried on with my de-tango by fitting clear side repeaters.
I'm not 100% sold on the side repeaters. Fronts will stay as they are thoughNOOOOOO! Tango is everything on old cars!
Waxed it
OK, this is a genuine question because I don't get it. Why do people post beading shots? Is it meant to be proof that they've waxed it? Or is it meant to show the quality of the wax because if it is the latter then have I just clayed, polished and waxed my boot with top quality products... or wiped a bit of colour magic on it?
The thing is, I'm a bit er, odd
I don't like amber on the front, I don't like white on the back and I don't like the front and back being different so I'm kind of stuck That and the fact that a set of clears is the wrong side of £50
Just setup the radio (my wifes old Alpine!) in the car. A completely pointless task as I never use it but I can't have it in there without the stations being set and the EQ fiddled with
