What PC games are you playing?

Spec Ops: The Line

Picked it up in the sales, and went for it as a shortish quick game to dip into and out of for 30 minutes at a time.

Quite enjoying it. A bit shooting-gallery in places, but nice to have a different style of story and some moral conflict to the usual military FPS fare.

BF4 - though I am a stressy git and nerd rage out a lot on this. It's just so unfair lol!!
Starbound - Looks like it could have a great deal of potential. Devs seem like they really care about their game and listening to the fans.
Minecraft - My 'home' game so I am always playing this!

SimCity :o

...and Dragon Age Origins. It must have been close to three years since I last played it, and boy, it don't 'arf look like the console port it was. :(

Still, the story, voice acting and the combat in particular, are all just as good as I remember.

Playing an enjoying:

Battlefield 4 - Enjoying this with some of the other forum chaps.
Need for Speed: Shift 2 - Sweet racer that i'd overlooked, picked up cheap recently.
America's Army: Proving Grounds - Free on Steam and pretty good fun.

Very different. It doesn't have the atmosphere that AW has, that's for sure, but it is quite interesting. If you got in to the story of AW(I know I did), then you will want to see it. It features a very good main villain, and instead of the pre-rendered cutscenes of AW, it has real video sequences, that are a bit jarring at first, but I got used to, and even liked by the end. The gameplay is exactly the same.

Interesting you say you finished it after not playing for so long...it took me months to get through the first two chapters, but I breezed through the game in a few days after that!

I played most of the way through Alan Wake (I think) - it was good but got a bit samey after a while. I couldn't play American Nightmares at all, they somehow forgot to put Invert Y in the controls.

Just had a game of TagPro: Capture the Flag

Had never heard of it before but every Sunday we have a general gaming night and someone suggested it

Definately more fun with friends I think, 3v3 or 4v4 works which is how we played it

It takes a little time to get a feel for the balls (no-one say anything please :P ) but once you do you can see how, by working as a team, play can be pretty strategic

Company of Heroes (new Steam version), been trying to get it working with a friend so we can have a little compstomp fun but for some reason we both keep getting a generic error message when trying to accept an invite, our games don't show up in the browser either. :(

Picked up Sniper Elite v2 complete with all the DLC for £2.50 the other day so I'm trying to get back into that...Keep dropping back into Black Flag though, sunk about 14hrs in, 4 of those being to the story, the other 10 to randomly sailing around.
