What PC games are you playing?

Started playing Submerged Hidden depths. Been making my way through the epic library of freebies but picking out games that I can play on controller and relax for a change.
This particular title though is a full on rail "exploration" game but with very little room for doing any actual exploration. Story seems interesting and the sound effects are good but the game essentially dictates how you play it making it very unappealing on the aspect of exploration or general gameplay.

Just played for 18 minutes.... Supernatural, looked cool from trailer, but 18 minutes of walking around and doing janky detective work = Refund lol.

Graphics look really nice ... what kind of system are you running with that video or is that not yours?

I've now started Elden Ring for a second time having gotten fed up the first time round after around 3 hours of trying to kill a boss I didn't have a chance of killing. This time I'm enjoying it and actually getting somewhere.
I’m playing it again at the moment. I managed about 30 hours on it last time but I’m terrible at builds and stuff, as well as exploring, I don’t have the patience. This time around I’m using a walkthrough to guide you through where to go and in what order and it’s completely transformed the game for me, absolutely loving it now! Turned it off last night just as I was about to hit Radahn. Can’t wait to crack on later :)

I still play SoD2 ... and love it. Feels a bit like a mix between dawn of the dead and dead rising.

That game got me through lockdown. It was often my go to between meetings :)

I’m currently settled on Outcast.

No Man’s Sky - couldn’t stand the foliage/fauna pop in, but I’ve also put too many hours in previously.

Dying Light 2 - looks great, that’s next.

Happy days! Once I’d grasped the combat side of things It became enjoyable. I like the exploration though and uncertainty of whether you’re completely out of your depth or not.

Got back into God of War last night. I was a bit surprised how challenging the bosses are so early into the game.

that is what makes that game so good though, you feel like you are facing a worthy opponent.

i loved the first boss battle, i thought it was excellent and made me want to continue into the game.
