PS4 I think by the looks of things. My 360 has been a decent little machine but theres just no way I am buying into Microsofts crap this time around.

Never bought a console in my life "Big PC gamer here" I would consider buying a PS4.

Seems like you buy an XBOX and you live in a concentration camp.

PS4 shortly after launch (wait to see there are no nasty surprises), there is no way an xbox one with all its restrictions or a kinect is going anywhere near my house. dem fools be cray

Xbox One for me, Just the one of them even though its going to lead to fights with the wife over who gets to play BF4 on it, I'll probally get a new G Card for my PC before then anyway so i can be "relegated" to the PC when she wants to play.

The shared libary with xbox one works well for me so my wife can play my games and DLC, was always an issue running 2 consoles before when DLC wasnt authorised on one of them.

Wife likes the look of kinect and wants a yoga game that we can both play (over my dead fat sweaty body am i doing yoga that she can upload to the internet) and some dance rubbish to go with a lips type game.

So Xbox One and PC for now, PS4 when they drop in price (which will be after the xbox One does i think based on my predicted reception)

PS4 will lead this time round but im happy to wait a year on that and pick up a console and its AAA exclusives for the less than release price, only "full price" ps3 game i bought was demon souls in the US after doing the same.

My Xbox live friends list is has a strong decenting voice with a good 20-30% saying they may jump ship but to be honest its the people on lower incomes who need second hand games and trade ins (if not love film rentals).

ps4 , I had made my mind more or less before E3 , and having ps+ sub and now knowing it can be transferred across plus the fact the console is cheaper is the clincher for me.

PS4 for me, the fact it's £80 cheaper and has no used game restriction instantly sold it for me. I'll get an Xbox One eventually as I like having access to all the exclusives but I'm not in a mad rush for them, also Titan Fall is coming to the PC so I can wait a year.

PS4 for me. Going from 360 to PS4, just don't like all the restriction on the Xbox One. Surely we buy the game and we can do what we want with it. Sell it, give it away etc....

MS are going to learn the hard way....

It'll be both for me eventually, but Xbox One to start with, for a few reasons....

1) The restrictions regarding DRM and the trading of games are not huge concerns for me (and I expect them to change over time anyway)
2) I will be keeping my Xbox 360 for a while (for Dark Souls 2, and the huge back catalouge of games), so I can pay for Xbox Live and have it run on both consoles at once
3) Most importantly, the exclusive games on the Xbox One are more appealing to me, specifically Dead Rising 3 and Forza 5.

I'll probably get a PS4 next year, either when the price drops, or I can get one as a gift with a phone contract like I did with the PS3.

Although I'm certain on the ps4 ,I do hate missing out on some of the games exclusive to another console and the ms conference did have a better line up to me of game exclusives.

I guess its what both consoles offer in the long run and just by looking at 2013 the ps3 has got some good exclusives coming out.

Must say, neither console looks 'amazing'.

MS haven't just shot themselves in the foot, they seem to have blown it clean off, what a stupid mistake to make.

Yes they want to push all this interactive TV BS, but they should sell a version of the Xbone without a camera, this would stop all the privacy issues, and bring the price much more inline with the PS4.

Digital download wise the PS4 and Xbone are both going to screw you on selling the games, i.e. you can't, so that's a non issue.

Media selling wise, a friend said today, that it's up to the 3rd party dev if they sign up to the selling restriction program or not, hope thats true.

I'm prob going to buy an Xbone once the dust has settled, i like the live structure, i've been signed up to live for over 10 years now, and i dislike the PS4 style pad.

This should have been a visible poll, so you could see all those ranting about the Xbox to then have the breaking strain of a wet kit kat and buy one anyway.

I'm probably going to give this gen a miss altogether and go back to PC gaming, I don't play much anymore anyway. I don't feel the urge to get either straight away and this time I will wait to see what games come along I really want to play on a console.

PS4 at launch, Xbox probably at some point later. Forza is the only Xbox exclusive that is appealing to me right now, and if something like Driveclub on PS4 is decent that will tide me over in that genre. Also, from what I've briefly seen of games running non both consoles, that PS4 stuff has appeared technically more impressive. A few XB games looked to have framerate issues. I'm quite impressed at the visuals at launch, things will only get better as the hardware is exploited.

and the microsoft marketing machines plows on deeper in to the hole its digging.

if they keep this up there going to sell very few xbones or anymore 360's.

Lol, oh dear :p
