Great, so because you protest against the other party's you vote for a party of retards, they are the prime example of idiots who send new pathetic environment rules from Brussels to EU member states.
I just don't get it, you disagree with normal party's so you vote for an anti capitalistic, anti current lifestyle, anti breathing ( because breathing means CO2 and they want to reduce the CO2 output by 85%), pro treehugging and animal saving bunch of people ? They are bigger scum than racists, because while racists only target a small group, these radicals want to change the ways of living of the majority....
meh may aswell just vote for Jury Team :/
Departure would result in trade barriers being erected with us everywhere, a massive decrease in markets for our products, movement out of London by our financial institutions, and will render our country a minnow on the international stage. As mentioned before, political and economic consequences would be disastrous. More parties should talk up the EU and not be embarrassed about it.
What? There are countries in the trade agreement and not in the union.
Just turned 18 - my first election. I voted Green in the North-West region because they stand the best chance of beating the BNP's Nick Griffin to our final seat. Greens have some pretty good policies, and oppose increasing the copyright laws on music from 50 years.
I really wanted to vote Lib Dems as they were the only party that I could see who were completely pro-EU. In this country, we treat the EU like something we really don't want to be a part of, but inertia keeps us there. It looks like our next government is going to shaft us completely with their dilly-dallying about not telling us how they would respond to a fully ratified Lisbon Treaty. It is going to provoke a party crisis at best, a pan-EU crisis at worst that will result in us leaving the Union. Departure would result in trade barriers being erected with us everywhere, a massive decrease in markets for our products, movement out of London by our financial institutions, and will render our country a minnow on the international stage. No disrespect but :
come back in a few years after you have lived in the real world earning a crust and not full of aspirations and youthful exuberance.
Nobody as I'm not into politics.
Knock the kid for voting Green... geez. He's got another 60-70 years to live, his children will see the year 2100. That he's voting Green, one of the only parties that don't subscribe to the impossibility of continued 'business as usual' is a thoroughly good thing.
then don't moan about this country, europe or the goverment as you have no right to moan if you can't be assed to vote.
Just voted for Conservative, 84 people out of a possible 400 have voted in my area. It amazes me how many people round here complain about politics yet never do anything about it.
